Two fully awake overnight sessions (9 hrs each) focused on establishing peaceful nighttime rhythms, optimizing feeding schedules, and promoting restorative rest for both baby and parents.

Includes:

• Two virtual follow-up coaching calls for continued guidance and support

• Two weeks of text support for ongoing adjustment and reassurance
